At Prismara, we are committed to providing our customers with trust, transparency, and value. To ensure peace of mind with every purchase, we proudly offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy on all eligible products purchased in India, subject to quality verification by our Quality Assurance Department.

The decision of the Quality Assurance Department regarding acceptance for exchange or buyback shall be final and binding.

Lifetime Exchange Policy

• Eligibility: Products must be in good condition, free from damage, wear & tear, alterations, resizing, or repairs by third parties. Exchange is valid only for purchases made within India.
• Exchange Value:
o Diamond Jewellery: 100% of the prevailing market value of gold + 100% of the diamond value.
• Refunds: No monetary refunds. Exchange value will be credited towards another purchase of equal or higher value. Any difference must be paid by the customer.
• Deductions:
o ₹1,500 logistics fee.
o Any discounts or free gift values from the original purchase will be deducted.
• Documents Required: Original product, invoice/copy, certificate, warranty card, and valid government ID.
• Processing Time:
o Customers must select the new product within 15–20 days of initiating the exchange.
o A new order will be shipped within 21 business days after receipt of the original product.
• Non-Eligibility: Loose diamonds, polkis, pearls, or Prismara products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered.

Lifetime Buyback Policy

• Buyback Value:
o Gold: 100% of prevailing market price.
o Lab-Grown Diamonds: 80% of prevailing market price (after deduction of any original purchase discounts).
• Deductions:
o ₹1,500 logistics/processing fee.
o Discounts, e-points, or rewards availed during the original purchase will be deducted.
o Making charges are non-refundable and will be deducted.
o Taxes applied at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
o Loss of certificate will attract a replacement fee (₹2,000 or ₹800/ct, whichever is higher).
• Refund Method: Refunds will be made via RTGS/NEFT to the original purchaser only, subject to valid ID and invoice.
• Processing Time: Refund will be processed within 21 business days after product receipt and quality check.
• Non-Eligibility: Buyback not applicable on products sold outside India or not accompanied by Prismara’s original invoice and certificate.

Exchange & Buyback Shipping Process

1. Securely bubble-wrap or use a padded envelope to avoid damage in transit.
2. Ship only via Prismara’s authorized logistics partners.
3. Once received, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the product.
4. Customer will be notified of the applicable value post-inspection.

General Terms

• Prismara reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
