Step-by-Step Return Process

Initiate a Return Request
Log in to your Prismara account and place a return request under ‘My Orders’ or email us at hello@prismara.in within 15 days of receiving your order.

Wait for Reverse Pickup Confirmation
We’ll arrange a secure reverse pickup and share details and instructions via email.

Pack the Product Safely
Use the original packaging, include the invoice and product certificate, and ensure all tags are intact.

Hand Over the Product
Give the sealed package to our logistics partner and collect a pickup receipt or tracking proof.

Quality Check & Refund
Once we receive your return, we’ll perform a quality check. On successful verification, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Conditions of Our 15 Days Return Policy

Returning a product with Prismara is simple and hassle-free. To be eligible, the item must be in an unused, saleable condition, free from scratches, damage, or alterations. All original tags, stickers, and certificates must be included with the return. Products with tampered packaging or missing certificates will be assessed under our Buyback Policy. If the original certificate is lost, a replacement charge of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat (whichever is higher) will apply. Please note that returns are accepted only once per order under our 15 Days Return Policy. Any subsequent return or exchange request will be processed as per our Lifetime Exchange Policy.

Return Policy Is Not Applicable For:

Once the returned product passes our quality check, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method, such as Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking.

Refund Timeline & Method

Certain items are not eligible for return under our 15 Days Return Policy. These include engraved, personalized, or custom-made products, as well as items that have already been exchanged once under this policy. Additionally, products that show visible signs of wear, damage, or have been resized by any jeweller other than Prismara are not eligible for return. For products purchased on EMI, a 1% deduction of the Grand Total will be applied upon refund of the initial installment.
